Aerospace Systems, Director, Global Supply Chain Program Management
Mr. Taylor is responsible for the Global Supply Chain Program Management of all Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Programs. This includes all supplier management, contracting, procurement and subcontracts, supplier quality, material budget performance, material planning, stores and distribution
Mr. Taylor has over 25 years of management experience in the defense and aerospace industries focused on Global Supply Chain and Business Management. Mike has extensive international business experience, having worked closely with suppliers across Europe and Asia. Previously Mike was VP at GE Aviation Systems responsible for Global Supply Chain across 4 operating businesses with locations in Europe and Asia. Michael also lived and worked in France, in a start-up telecommunications company establishing international partnerships and capital funding agreements. Prior to this, he was with Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale CA working in the satellite business areas.
Mr. Taylor attended the California State University, Chico and obtained a BS in Business Management. He has also attended the Lockheed Martin Executive Management Development Course at University of Santa Clara and the Senior Executive Leadership Institute at Wye River, University of Maryland.
